Terms of Sales, Returns Warranty

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from us for any reason, please contact is within 10 days of dispatch or 7 days of receipt of item to arrange it for to be replaced. 

-  All sales include GST

-  Free replacement is available for pick up from our warehouse in Victoria if the buyers need to claim warranty, or 
   it can be arranged by post, postage of sending the replacement applies. 

-  We will not be responsible for the delivery cost or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you 

   return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition, this includes packaging, inserts manuals, 

   etc. Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return request.

 -  Delivery charges (postage& packings) is a non-refundable cost unless the item you purchased was incorrected listed
