Shipping and handling
- Item will normally be sent via Auspost regular post unless requests by buyer. No tracking number will be provided for regular post. Buyer needs to bear the cost of item lost or damage in transit.
- Item will be packed and sent within 48 business hours.
- We work from Monday to Friday only, close on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
- According to Auspost, regular post will take 3 to 6 workings depends on the delivery location, plus 3 to 5 days delay allowance to deliver.
- The estimated delivery day is estimated using "eBay proprietary method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the postage service selected, the seller's postage history, and other factors." Delivery times may vary especially during peak period.
- Large and heavy items will be sent via couriers.
- Local pick up is available (Mon to Fri 1pm to 4pm only). We are in North Rocks.

- We will check our items before dispatch. In a rare case that if you receive a faulty item, please let us know ASAP with all the relevant details. We will reply you ASAP. You can choose to have an item exchange or refund.
- If we find that the item is not faulty, then no refund will be given and the buyer needs to pay for the postage again.
- We are not responsible for any unclaimed return.
- We don't do change of mind return.
- If we accept the return request provided that the item is still in brand new condition, buyer need to bear the return postage. The original postage that already paid to deliver the item will be deducted from the refund amount. We reserve right to change 20% re-stock fee.
