Delivery
Most of our orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after cleared payment. Please remember delivery charges in the listing are for UK MAINLAND only. Customers in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Island or any other remote areas are subject to surcharge or delay. Items less then 750g will be shipped by Royal Mail , larger items or parcels more than 1kg will shipped by courier.
Return policy details
All items must be returned in the condition they were received in within 14 days of being received by the buyer. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded except where it is agreed by us that we will accept a return to ascertain if a product might be faulty. We may then refund a reasonable amount of postage (at our discretion and no more than our outgoing costs of posting the item to the buyer).
