We accept PayPal on eBay along with all major credit cards and debit cards, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal or at time of payment.
You can if you prefer, contact us for payment over the phone. You do NOT need a PayPal account to be able to buy from us via PayPal!
UK Delivery:
All orders are usually sent out within 48 hours, but on occasion we reserve the right to use up to the period specified on the listing. This is to cater for busy periods like Christmas, or maybe just the fact that people really love our stuff and buy lots of it!
Europe Delivery:
Items can take between 7 to 14 days to arrive on average from point of posting, but most arrive much sooner. Germany and France are usually quickest, and have an awesome postal system which works well with out postal agent.
Italy and Spain can take a little longer, and if you want to make sure it is sent on a priority shipping service which is more reliable, please contact us for prices.
International (everywhere else):
Items usually take between 14 and 21 days to arrive - but on occasion have been know to take up to 28 days during busy periods like Christmas. If in doubt, please contact us for a priority shipping price.
We understand that from time to time customers will need to return or exchange an item, and our return process couldn't be easier, and all that we ask is that customers abide by a few simple rules to prevent items becoming lost or damaged.
Customers should contact Digital Pharaoh Ltd within 7 days of receiving their item and explain the reason for the exchange / return / refund.
Once this has been logged, customers will need to ensure that:
1. The item is free from the smell of smoke and pet hair.
2. The item has not been worn.
3. The item has not been cleaned or washed (to include any "nice smelling products" being sprayed on it!).
If this matches the condition of your item - then we ask that the customer sends the item back within 48 hours of initial contact with Digital Pharaoh Ltd. We stress this, as we have items sent back 3 months after the customer contacted us regarding an exchange!
