Abuse is not covered. Swapping out a damaged item for our good item is not covered.
We reserve the right to open the UNOPENED item to put on our tamper proof return authorization sticker/ seal.
If our tamper proof return authorization sticker/ seal on any item is missing or cut, we will NOT issue a refund.
Buyer' s payment will be refunded after our Technician has inspected the item and determined a valid claim is warranted and our Tamper proof authorization sticker is verified. This process takes 2 to 3 business days. Assume any and all factory warranties to be null and void being most items are second party sale from surplus stock.
