Missing the belt.

I bought this second hand without the belt

I’ve had a lot of interest in this item so wish to be as transparent as possible to avoid any issues.

On close inspection I have noticed some white dots on one sleeve - see pictures. They could be paint, I have not tried to clean it so it may come off. Also the top label on the collar line is missing but the manufacturers label with material and instructions is present as per photos.
