All items are authentic and are typically sourced from within the EU (never from China etc.)

Packages ship from Europe using a tracked airmail service, arrive in most locations Worldwide within 5-8 business days and require a signature upon delivery

Although steps are taken to minimise the chances, packages can occasionally be liable for importation fees once they arrive in the destination country
Although very uncommon, should this occur, these charges are the buyer's responsibility

I apologise for the seemingly high delivery charges but international shipping from my location using a method that ebay/PayPal approve (i.e. providing tracking and delivery confirmation) is unfortunately rather expensive
Furthermore, ebay now charge sellers a sales fee on the shipping cost, not just on the item price, which must be factored in

As you may also have noticed, I no longer accept returns by default for eyewear

This is unfortunately due to the unreliable domestic postal services where I am located which often results in extremely delayed (4-6 weeks is not unheard of) incoming international mail as well as higher than acceptable levels of missing or damaged packages

Furthermore packages sent to me from abroad require me to travel to the city's central Post Office to provide documentation to the customs department there indicating that the item within has in fact been returned (as otherwise I would be incorrectly liable to pay importation tax/duty and handling fees)

Of course, if a buyer receives an item that is damaged or genuinely incorrectly described, I certainly would not deny a return
