Very Good Condition for this hdbk murder mystery.  Cover looks almost New, with just minor edge-wear, and no color loss.  Hinges/binding are tight/strong.  No clear age-tanning of paper.   No owner name inside, but large auction stamp inside front cover.  Interior is clean...no tears, folds, marks, stains, nor foxing.  DJ is Good to VGd.  Book is sturdy for normal use.
