Complete with all the parts originally included, as shown, packing materials, and the display box WITH the ORIGINAL STRAPS!  The elastic "shipping straps" came with the box when new and are part of the display.  They are ALWAYS MISSING.  The miniature instructions for uncrating, printed on the side of the box, even mention cutting the shipping straps. These are very difficult to find complete with all the small parts and the box. Please look at the photos, they are part of the description.

To the best of my knowledge this is complete and in as-new condition. There is a minor chrome defect on the lid handle (see photo).  The bank was this way since new.  There is some minor shelf wear and some minor water spots on the box (see photo).  The box is raw cardboard and is a miniature of the original shipping box for the full-size toolbox! May have slight dust or smudges from storage and handling.

Tools are still taped into the drawer. One of the tools opens the bottom of the bank.

Bank was opened to look at it when I got it back in the day from my Snap-on dealer, sat on my desk for a week or two, and then was packed up and put away into storage.  I collected all of the Snap-on banks when they were originally issued.
