Use the 8XP remote expander to increase the capacity of Premier Elite control panels from 8 zones up to the maximum capacity of the panel. Add multiple expanders to a single panel to increase the capacity up to the maximum.

Remote Zone Expander for use with the Texecom Premier Elite Series control panels. Provides an additional 8 programmable Double Pole or End Of Line zones - 8 programmable outputs - 1 auxiliary input and a speaker driver output with programmable volume control.

The Premier 8XP is enclosed in a plastic housing and is designed to be used as a remote unit. Connect up to 8 detectors to the 8XP then wire the 8XP to the control panel.

Multiple expanders can be connected to a single panel - the exact number of expanders depends on the maximum capacity of the panel. The Premier Elite 24 for example has 8 zones on board and can be increased to 24 zones by the addition of 2 expanders.
