This auction is for a 2007 Orion SpaceProbe 130ST 1.25-inch rack and pinion focuser. It comes complete with both over-sized metal set screws, (3) mounting Philips screws, and (3) locking nuts.

This is a VERY COMMON focuser format and is found stock on countless reflector models by Celestron, Orion, Vixen, and SkyWatcher. Reflector models with the names Nexstar, StarSeeker, SpaceProbe, Star Hopper, Firstscope, ect will have or are still currently using this focuser design. Basically any major brand reflector by these companies in the 114mm to 200mm aperture range.
Its first appearance that I know of on a telescope was with the Celestron Star Hopper 6 and 8 dobsonian reflectors from 1995.

Specifics
Focuser type:  rack-and-pinion with (2) screw adjustable tension setting
Focus draw:  1.89-inches
Focuser size:  1.25-inches
Bolt pattern:  (3) screws each 2.00-inches separation
Materials:  nylon hard plastic base and draw tube, steel rack and internals, and hardware, aluminum eyepiece
                  adapter
Payload:  under 14 oz
Weight:  5 oz

Remember to check the spacing dimensions to make sure this focuser will fit your current telescope. If you are mounting this to a homemade reflector tube, then this won't be a concern. However, you need to realize this focuser's mounting hardware is tailored to fit tin optical tubes. If you are going to mount this to a cardboard sonatube, you will need longer screws.

This is a great, simply-made focuser that will hold any 1.25" eyepiece that is not skirted. Surely you can put skirted oculars in the focuser, but it will not handle the weight load. If you stay within its weight limit, it will not droop and will provide you endless use.
