This is for the driver side door only of a 4 DOOR Dodge Ram. They are not reversible. If you need both sides or just the passenger side please see my other auctions. This plate is for a Dodge Ram 4 DOOR 1994-2001, 1500, 2500, 3500. If you need a plate for a Jeep Cherokee (XJ) or Jeep Grand Cherokee (ZJ) please see my other auctions. While this plate will fit the 2 door as well I offer a different plate that fits better for the 2 door Dodge Ram.

This plate, machined out of 1/8" 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum, will allow you to repair the door and reinforce the door latch area without body work. This plate comes with 3 longer and stronger bolts to replace the 3 stock bolts which accommodate this version of the plate. In addition there are an additional 3 holes for screws or rivets for further reinforcement. Three self tapping screws are included with the plate.

**It is recommended that the door hinges also be repaired as they are the root cause of the door latch mounting failure. This plate will only repair the door itself.

I designed these repair plates myself in 2008 for use on my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since then they have gone through a few revisions to make them more aesthetically pleasing, better fitment to the contours of the door, and a larger foot print. I have also designed this plate for the Dodge Ram (BR) as well as for the Jeep Cherokee (XJ) The plates are produced in the USA by me and sold only by me. Anything else bearing a similar resemblance is a poor copycat.
