Quality Vintage Cherry Red Translucent Bead Necklace.
Do not know what the beads are. They could be Bakelite, Lucite, or Amber (we are unsure). We tried to rub them for a smell test, but they smell like mothballs.
Each bead is individually knotted.
Quite heavy at 111 grams.
The original working clasp is a very pretty cloisonne.
The word "silver" is stamped on the reverse side of the clasp. (see pictures)
Each bead is 15mm x 16mm
The length of the necklace is 30"
