This New variable length jig disposes of the restrictive
length settings associated with other jigs.
Now any length of joint up to 720mm is easily achieved with
just a quick measurement. No more adding, subtracting,
making spacers or guessing when it comes to non-standard
tops. The 7 most common standard length stops are still
provided if you wish to use them.

Surface, Square edge, Pvc edged, & Laminate Worktops.
Modern worktops no
longer have a large a curve on the front
edge. Most have a front edge radius of 3
mm or are even square, therefore,
a 35mm or 23mm deep cut that the
majority of other jigs produce is now
totally unnecessary.
This new shallow scribe jig produces a
5mm deep cut. The end result looks
far neater and removes less material
than any other jigs available.
The two part design makes it very light
& easy to set up. When used in
conjunction with a 1/2” plunge router a
worktop joint can be made in under 15
minutes with perfect precision |

Due to it's unique geometrical setup this jig is able to
cut at up 15° out of square with perfect results.
There is no need for any additional gadgets. No other
jig available can do this accurately.

All our jigs come with 3 x precision ground 20mm
location pins which twist down firmly into the
holes for precise alignment. against the worktop edges.
Nearly all other jigs have 10mm pegs that wobble &
bend causing mis-alignment & poor results.

This new jig is made to exacting standards. It is made from
exterior grade solid compact laminate & manufactured by the leading
Worktop Jig Company.
With the NEW Vari-length system this shallow scribe
jig can cut un--restricted worktop widths up to 720mm, There's
no more guessing or making spacers when it comes to non-standard
worktops. Seven of the most common stop holes 300, 400, 500, 600,
616, 635 & 650 are still provided if you wish to use them.
5mm scribe (inset) for - composite, solid wood, square edge,
pvc edge & laminate worktops with a front edge radius up to
4mm. (The vast majority of laminate worktops now have a front
edge radius of 3mm).
The 5mm depth of cut requires substantially less router work
(your router cutters will last up to 4 x longer). It produces
a vastly improved neater joint.
The precision ground 20mm diameter location pegs twist firmly down
to make perfect alignment. No wobble, no misalignment, no errors.
The simple, three point positioning system makes these jigs the
easiest to set up and use for perfect joints every time.
The durable anti-friction surface allows your router
to glide smoothly through the cut without snagging.
This two part jig is much lighter & easier to setup
& use than it's one piece competitors.
A 12.7mm Router Cutter, 30mm Guide Bush & a hand router of minimum
1600 Watts capability is required.

pegs are included.
Standard delivery is 48 hour courier (two working days)
although most deliveries are achieved within 1 day after
dispatch. The cut off time for dispatch is 12.30 hrs
If
payment is confirmed by 12.30 hrs goods are usually
dispatched the same day (Excludes Fridays, Weekends,
public holidays in England & other holiday notices published
on this or any other website).
If
you purchase after 13.00 hrs on a Thursday the goods will
not be dispatched until the following Monday on a next
day 24 hr service, so you should receive your goods
by the due date.
