Domestic Shipping: All Domestic packages are shipped FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING - Up to 10 Business Days (Unless other shipping method was selected during checkout)


Free Economy Shipping option we retain the right to choose the best method for freight. If the ultimate destination for your package requires a specific shipping method because the area has limited access, you are required to pay for shipping.


A customer is also required to pay for shipping if he/she needs expedited shipping. We ship USPS and UPS depending on your location and the shipping method you have selected.


Most shipments are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise in the listing.


Please make sure the provided shipping address is correct when placing your order, orders will be shipped out to the shipping address provided by eBay. (Orders are not able to be modified once order has been confirmed. Customers may request to cancel order if incorrect address was provided.


All addresses are checked with USPS address confirmation system.  If address does not match a confirmed valid shipping address we will send notification of a processing error.  Please contacting us to continue processing the order, if no response is made within 24-48 hours the order is subject to cancellation and refund issued.


(Once tracking information has been provided, we can no longer cancel or modify shipments.)


Packages processed over Saturday and Sunday are not picked up until the following business day. Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Shipping time by eBay is estimated and not guaranteed and is subject to change especially during peak periods and holidays.


Some products may have additional shipping restrictions and not available to be shipped outside of the Continental U.S. in which we will send notification and possible cancellation.

    If you have any questions about the return please contact our Customer Support through Messages. All products must be returned in original condition and contain all manufacturer packaging and tags. Any Product that does not meet our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. If an item proves to be defective within the 30-day return policy or is shipped incorrectly, we will be more than happy to cover the return shipping to have the item replaced or credited to you. We may ask that you return merchandise directly to the manufacturer if it is after our 30-day return policy if the product is covered by any manufacturer warranty.


    Please allow 2-4 business days after we receive your package to process your return.


    Refunds


    Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-4 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.


    Damaged Items


    All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 2-business day after the date of receipt.


    Return Shipping


    Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, and issue a return label for the product. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.


    Replacement


    We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product, upon completion of our return process.


    Returning Items All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. Any product which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable. Any product which has been installed, inserted or cycled is non-returnable. Product fitment is your responsibility.


    International Returns The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping should they decide to return the product.


    Please Note: Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer’s expense.
