CUSTOMER SERVICES

Payments:  We accept Paypal, Postal Order/ Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque.  However if paying via cheque please allow extra time for the cheque to clear before goods can be dispatched.

Resizing:  Ring resizing quotes are available on request, we are able to resize most rings should you know the correct size required.

Cleaning:  Almost all of our jewellery is cleaned and polished on the day of dispatch to give an almost new appearance, however we don't always polish true Vintage pieces unless requested.

Valuations:  We are happy to provide insurance valuations on request for your item.

Invoices:  We can provide paper invoices on request.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your item please let us know as soon as possible, we are more than happy to accept returns on any item.  The buyer must let us know they are returning the items within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Unless the item is broken, buyers must pay return postage & packaging charges.
