The British Moss-Flora, Vols 1-2, R. Braithwaite, 1887, pub author &  L. Reeve, London.

Condition:
Very Good-plus Condition for this antique half leather (spine & corners) set.  Cover looks brand new...no discernible shelf-wear.  Leather and gold printing are crisp and shiny.  Binding/hinges are tight/strong, although a gaps and crinkled pages, where sewn sections were bound together.  No owner name inside.  One flaw: Vol. 2 upper corner has sustained an impact, which left a partial bend to a number of page corners...not unsightly (see last pic).  The bump did not affect cover at all, and  left no tears or complete creases.  There are a few pencil  marks on title pages related to binding or cataloging.  Otherwise, inside is all clean...no signs of wear or use.  Exceptional condition for this nicely matched pair.  More photos will be furnished for serious buyer inquiries.  Very Collectible.
