Kindly see the photos, front and back, to view this stamp. It is VERY NICELY CENTERED, and for this issue that is unusual and scarce as the "Jametowns" are known to be notoriously poorly centered. Further, it is the deep blue variety and has been regummed. The 2016 Scott U.S. Specialized catalog value in unused condition is $115.00, in mint never hinged condition it is $310.00.
