Our West London showroom is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the M4 and 10 minutes from the A40/M40. We also have an in-house fully equipped workshop, with fully qualified sewing machine technicians. We can offer a service/repair to most makes and models of sewing and embroidery machines whether it is domestic or industrial.

If you really get into sewing we even have a sewing school to help you become a pro and get to know your sewing/embroidery machine inside out!

Not only do we deal with the public, but have the pleasure to supply and offer our services to various designer's such as Tom Ford. We have supplied many Costume departments for some of the UK's biggest film studio's including Pinewood Studios and Shepperton Studios to help complete the like's of James Bond and Pirates of the Caribbean!

All small items are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For & will be dispatched within 24hrs of payment being received.

For small to medium items we generally ship via DPD, but can vary depending on location and will be dispatched within 24hrs of payment being received. Delivery is usually next day however can take up to 48hrs. 

For large items that need to be palletised we generally ship via Palletways which is a 48hr service but on the rare occasion can take 72hrs. For pallet deliveries we aim to dispatch within 24hrs of payment being received.

Defective product must be noticed within 3 days and sent back to us within 14 days after item received. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. If Item found not to be defective, shipping fee (excluding handling fees) will be charged for reshipment of the item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
