We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, phone payments using a credit or debit card, Bank transfer.
Open Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm..... but sometimes you'll find us working a bit later to get the job done!

All items are delivered by our own courier. Delivery is Monday - Friday. Delivery can be anytime between 9.00am till 7.00pm.
We aim to deliver all the items within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
Please include a phone number when ordering. You will receive an email notification when your item is dispatched.
Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.
If you are likely to require additional help please contact our customer service team, who will be more than willing to help.
In unforeseen circumstances if there are delays to your shipment, although we will try to inform you in time but hold no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that may occur.

Returns can only be accepted within 14 days and must be reported within 48 hours. All items must be in undamaged and in original packaging and sealed correctly. All items will be examined before a refund is issued. Please note that delivery costs will have to be paid by the purchaser and will be deducted from any refund.
