FITTING GUIDE

Look at the first picture on the advertisement showing the 2 strap locks.

STEP 1. Looking at the right-hand strap lock, place your thumb on top of the knurled nut and two fingers around the lip on the lower part of the strap lock and squeeze them together(as per pictures 6 & 7). You can then pull on the screw to remove it and the pin section the screw goes through. Unscrew  the knurled nut and remove the top plate. You should now have the four pieces separated as shown in picture 2 from left to right. We will call them items 1 to 4.

STEP 2 Unscrew your existing strap pin on  your guitar and replace it by screwing in the new strap pin (item 4) shown on the right in picture 2.

STEP 3 Take hold of item 2 and push it through the hole in the .strap (as per picture 3), then putting the wide side of it  over the other side of the strap and picking up the knurled nut (item 1) screw in and tighten the nut(as per Picture 4).

STEP 4 Using STEP 1, namely squeeze the two parts together and place it firmly over the new pin you have just fitted on the guitar and release. Your strap lock should now be in place holding the strap to the guitar.  Repeat the process for fitting the second strap lock.
