All our items are print manufactured and dispatched within 1-2 working days once payment has been received. We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries and while they state over 90% of parcels are delivered on time, there are occasions where deliveries take a little longer than estimated which is unfortunatley out of our control. If you find a delivery takes longer than expected just keep us informed and we will do our best to assist.

When leaving feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings, you are scoring us on how long it takes us to despatch your item and not how long it takes the postal or customs services to process the parcel.

Paypal is our preferred payment method and we will only post to the confirmed Paypal address which we receive in the Paypal notification email. All payments are expected to be made within 24 hours of purchasing the item, the quicker you pay, the quicker we can start to process your order, especially if it involves a personalised item.

Returns are accepted providing the item is returned to us in a brand new re-saleable condition or if an item has arrived faulty. We suggest returning an item using the original packaging when ever possible and with the sales reciept so we have the order details to process the return. If an item is received damaged in the post or faulty, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge, all we ask is you send photographic proof of the damage via ebay messaging. This will enable us to make a claim for damages against the relevant postal service. If the item is personalised please contact us before sending the item back as we cannot resell or reuse personalised products.
