We will also supply or request a download version if you are having issues loading this to your media player as we have been notified that some players see some of the disks as duplicates (they are not).
Please also note that once a download link has been shared with you we are unable to offer refunds as you would still have access to the disks, but we are sure you will understand that.
If you still have issues with your player seeing them as duplicates we recommend loading one disk at a time to your media player of choice.

All software will only be accepted as return if it has been unopened due to the nature of the items. If it is faulty then a replacement will be sent.
For hardware that is found to be faulty the buyer must pay the return postage to allow us to test the item. If it is found to be faulty then we will refund the full sale price and the cost of the return postage.
If it is found not to be faulty then we will only cover the sale price and not the rerun postage.
For any faulty hardware item we will also offer to replace that item for a similar item if we have it in stock and that will be up to the buyer to decide if they want a replacement or just a refund subject to above.
