Peterson Strobe Tuner 450 in excellent condition except Vernier control switch does not turn.
I am not the original owner so don't know the history behind this, but seems like the Vernier switch may have been glued to remain on A=440 Hz. Tuner works very well otherwise with working internal mic. Strobe spins when unit is turned on.
