This is a used Microsoft Surface installed with Windows RT 8.1. It was purchased in Thailand. 

It features 32 GB of storage and 2.0 GB of ram. Includes Microsoft mouse, power adapter and plug. Note that it does not have USA style prongs.

Powers on and is functioning.
