  • Handling time is 2 to 3 business days.  If I can, I will definitely ship within 24 hours of a purchase and clear payment!

Returns, Exchanges, Etc.

 

·         You must contact me within 14 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.  

·          

·         Returns will only be accepted if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).  The item MUST BE in exactly the same brand new (unused) condition as it was shipped to you! Once I receive a returned DOA item (buyer pays return shipping), I do test it to verify it is non-functional before issuing a refund.

·          

·         Most of my items are shipped fully insured in case it gets damaged or lost.

 

·          All of the items are provided with Delivery Confirmation System and Tracking Number is uploaded once I create & print the shipping label.

 

·         It is YOUR responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing.  There will be NO returns accepted if you purchased a wrong/incompatible item.

·         If the item does not match the description or is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact me before opening a case with eBay or leaving negative feedback as those options just complicate an otherwise easy fix.  I can usually send you parts or we can do an exchange/return for a full refund.
