They flip up fast and lock with exact return to zero. These sights can be used with bolt action rifles, shotguns or pistols. Is California and all 50 state compliant. You just need to have a Pictinny rail where you want to mount the front and rear sight. Even includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty from UTG.
