A rare antique Memento Mori Solid spelter skull inkwell mounted and fixed on a Ebony base/plinth with ceramic inkwell pot and leather protective base.

I have collected and purchased from other collectors and antique dealers over the years and have now decided to sell off some of my collection.

From the early 1900’s approx size: of pewter skull 3.5”inches tall x 3”inches wide x 4”inches deep. Total size with skull and a ebony plinth: 6”inches tall x 5”inches diameter.

It’s truly a stunning piece.

Condition is used with age related wear and Patina.
