Updated 21st September: We are still running as normal while following all government guidelines. We are monitoring the situation daily for any changes. That said Royal Mail as advised that there are still disruptions with its services due to the current situation. Most orders are arriving at normal times without issues but there are few orders still taking over 7-9 working days at least to arrive. SHIPPING & FEEDBACK
Orders will be posted within in two working days once payment as cleared. Top loaders and soft sleeves will be used when posting for extra protection.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2020 SHIPPING
With Royal Mail holiday timetable the last order dates to arrive in time for Christmas are:
Free delivery (2nd Class) - Thursday 17th December
Paid for (1st Class) - Sunday 20th December

Please note that orders after these dates can arrive later than normal, especially during the week of Christmas and New Year. Expect a delay to the normal arrival time due to the Post Office/Royal Mail being closed on the main bank holidays (Christmas & New Year) which can cause a back log of post to sort through on their end. This is out of our control but we will still be posting all orders on time to make sure they can get quickly to you as possible.
