'Antique Showing Cane/Swagger Stick With French? Silver Top & Leather Covered Shaft.

This swagger stick or showing cane features a lovely silver top which has a swirl patterned embossed, the silver top also features hallmarks which are French or German.  The shaft has been covered in leather.
