Item is Brand New and Factory Sealed.

For US Buyers since this a Canada product: The item says you must live in Canada to redeem the Digital code, hence why my title does not include the Digital for sale. You cannot return this item due to the Digital not working in the USA. I am sure there is an easy way to get it to work using a Canadian address and VPN, but I do not know. AGAIN! I am not selling the Digital that is included with this item.

  • Some versions of the Video Games and Movies I sell have French as an option, but ALL are English and will play just fine in the USA.  Please refer to the photos I provided.
  • Shipping will be via USPS First Class mail. I will upload the tracking number when I ship your item.

  • Returns are only accepted if this Factory Sealed Brand New item is still sealed :) If you open it or use the digital code and tell me the code did not work, you cannot return it. eBay will back me as I explained this above.
