THIS LOT CONTAINS A GRADED COPY PAIR OF THE 1932  ISSUE FROM THE USA HONORING  WASHINGTON ,  SCOTT CATALOG #720. THE CONDITION IS VERY FINE, UNUSED (PREVIOUSLY HINGED)  WITH ORIGINAL GUM, AND IS GRADED 80. 

 

The graded stamps that we offer have all been examined and graded by the Expert Committee from the firm of Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), from Newport Beach, California.  Each stamp is identified and protected on a black approval card, and has an accompanying numbered, dated, signed certificate with embossed seal, and  showing an enlarged image of the stamp in true color, as well as the grade and description of the stamp.   Each stamp is unique by virtue of its centering and perforations, and we guarantee the stamp shown is the stamp delivered. 


This coil pair merits a higher grade than shown, having been reduced due the notation on the certificate …."the left stamp with a short crease." This crease is minor, a result of the printing process, does not show in any manner on the face of the stamp not detract in any other manner from this stamp.
