New Caledonia souvenir stamp cover.

These covers were apparently made up in 1943. The stamps were stuck to the airmail envelope but have not been cancelled.
The cover is then attached to a printed sheet saying Souvenir of New Caledonia.
The rest of the printing talks about Capt. Cook, the Frernch arrival, the overtall economy of New Caledonia. At the end is a comment about the canned meat being produced there is now going to the Free French Forces  ....this was 1943, WWII.
