RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICYReturns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund under these circumstances:
- Item was damaged upon arrival.
- Item must be returned in new, resalable condition with all original packaging materials.
- Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of receiving the item.
SHIPPINGAll orders will be processed and shipped via USPS every business day by 5pm PST. Any orders made after will be shipped the next business day (excluding: holidays and weekends).
Orders with undelivered shipping addresses, incorrect shipping addresses, and undelivered as addressed will only be issued a refund after the package arrives back to us. Once the package arrives back to us, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Orders returned to us can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
Package delivery times: please expect 3-5 business days within US, 5-10 business days to Canada and up to 20 business days worldwide.
