This is a set of replacement Manfrotto tripod clamps which are prone to breaking due to the thin wall plastic used by the OEM.

I have redesigned the collars to double the original thickness and with the use of a 3D printer, have reproduced these discontinued parts for the benefit of those who would like to repair rather than trash their broken tripod.

Originally designed for the Manfrotto 728B model, it replaces the collar in the following lock assemblies:
  • R714.17 (small)
  • R714.16 (medium)
  • R714.14 (large)
These replacement collars can also be used on the following models:

276B, 290BWB, 290NAT3, 559B, 676B, 724B, 725B, 328-2-5, 328-7-5, 276, 719B, & 728NAT3

NOTE:  I have not personally tested my collars on any Manfrotto model besides the 728B.  Should you have any hesitation of ordering my collars for use on any tripod other than the 728B, feel free to contact me in advance to confirm success with previous customers.

This auction is for (1) set of collars only (as seen in the pictures).  You will be required to reuse the lever, pin, inner sleeve and spacer block from your original assembly.

As mentioned, these collars are 3D printed and not molded.  Due to the nature of manufacturing process, there will be some slight roughness in the surface.  This does not impair the functionality or strength of the part, but please consider this before purchasing.

As a bonus, I will include a detailed set of instructions on how to make the repair.

If you would like to personalize your new-and-improved Manfrotto tripod beyond the standard BLACK offered, I am open to requests of custom colors.  Additional lead time and costs maybe incurred.

To avoid any confusion or disappointment in your purchase, please contact me with any questions you might have before bidding.

Thanks for your interest in my product.
