RETURNS

  • All Serial Numbers are recorded upon sale and will be cross referenced during the Return Process.
  • 20%+ Restocking fee may apply on opened items.
  • Higher Restocking fee will be applied for items that are missing retail box, accessories, any components that are missing, or item is returned in a different condition. 
  • Prepaid label will be provided only for Defective Items and Item as Not Described cases
  • If Item is not found Defective after inspection, restocking fee may apply and replacement will not be sent.
