mentioned in the description it is not included. Place a bid only if you
are serious about purchasing the item. If we (the sellers) are unable to
establish contact with the winning bidder within 7 days of the end of the
auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be
relisted at our discretion.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payments are expected within 48 hours. Please contact us if payment cannot be
made within four days.
- We accept: PayPal, All Major
Credit Cards, and Bank Wire Transfers in USD (There is a $25 wire transfer fee)
- A 9.25% Sales tax applies to
California residents or provide a resale tax ID for our records. We will not
process the order until we receive sales tax or a copy of your tax ID.
SAME DAY SHIPPING POLICY:
If you would like us to
ship your item at the same day as your purchase, you can call us by 12:00 Noon,
Pacific Standard Time at 408-526-1020. We will do our best your order to ship
out at the same day. There will be a 15% expediting fee that will be
charged.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
All items will be packaged
or palletized and shipped via the best and most economical way as possible.
Shipping and handling times can be vary based on the packing requirements and
location accordingly. Please allow us up to 5 business days for handling time.
All tracking information is forwarded to the email address associated with your
PayPal or eBay account.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

and company name are required for shipping (items may be not shipped out unless
this is provided).
- In the event that the buyer would
like to handle the shipping arrangements in his own, please provide us with
your own forwarder information and account number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Please allow a 48 hour response
time due to time difference. (See Hours of Operation, above)

- We no longer ship to the Russian
Federation, Turkey or European FREE Zones.
- International Orders are subject
to DUTIES, TAXES or other Import Fees; the bidder/buyer have the liability
for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in
the destination country.
- For faster international shipping
process, please advise us Export documentation information as known.
- We follow international regulations
for wood pallets and crates on all international orders.

FREIGHT

number and company name are required for shipping purposes; items may not ship
unless this is provided.
- You will be notified of shipping
fees/charges within 1-3 days after listing ends as we require
shipping dimensions before an invoice can be sent
- Items
over 150 lbs. will ship via FREIGHT. Pallet or crating fees may apply when
required.
- If your item is to ship via
Freight methods, please let us know if you require home delivery or if a
lift-gate is required as additional fees will apply.
- If you want to arrange your own
transportation, we will provide you with accurate dimensions of the
pallet(s). However, we do require that the buyer provide a BILL OF LADING
and Shipping Labels sent to us via
FAX or email before we can release your item(s).
RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase
and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. You should notify us
either by phone, fax or email within 90 days of purchase. To
expedite the process, please include all eBay item numbers. All returns
must include all original undamaged items, in resale condition with all
original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. AS-IS sales items
are non-refundable. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is
responsible for return item shipping costs.
