On the same weight,the stiffness of AL7050 is 37% stronger than AL6061.
On the same stiffness,the weight of AL7050 is 11% lighter than AL6061.
Therefore,AL7075 handlebars are safer than AL6061 bars cause' they are stronger and hard to bend.
That's why Aerozine choose the material of AL7050 and of course its price is higher than AL6061 handlebar you see in the market.

Aerozine's new bars are designed using proprietary tooling which is specific to; conical diameter, rise and angle - New bent on three planes.
Aerozine has developed and optimized the spread of material to counter high stress areas on the bars under extreme-use and rigorous real-world testing.
New bar tech also taken extra steps to ensure that the clamp area of the bar is uniformly cylindrical and as true as possible, improving bar-stem interface which is critical under extreme loads.
