'Toploader' Mount to allow a mobile phone or tablet to be mounted as a sim racing dash.

As most sims now allow the use of phones and tablets as dashboards and secondary monitors it would see reasonable to produce a range of mounts to facilitate this.

The Toploader mount will allow a mobile phone (in this case Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini) to be mounted to the top of any wheelbase or any other flat surface.
