This sale is a City Plan of Lingayen in the Pangasinan Province of the Philippines.  This is a first edition, developed by the US Army Map Service in 1944 as part of the war effort as part of AMS S901.  The map was printed in May 1944.  Also included is the catalog card for the map, which gives detail on the map. 

The map is a 14" x 10"  and is at a scale of 1:10,600. Some buildings are identified.  This is based on a Military map from 1900.
