We will ship only after payment has been received. We list pictures of the actual item(s) being listed for sale, although there are times when we will list a stock photo because item will be listed as "NEW" or "NEW-OTHER" , in which case we can always send a pic through messaging if still needed. So therefore, ask as many questions as needed before purchasing as your payment is your understanding that you are aware of the condition of what you are getting, and you know that what you are getting Is in deed what you need and will be as expected when received. We will not refund or exchange any item that is not in the same condition as when it was sold.
