I have examined this Collectible Media Case to the best of my ability prior to listing and have disclosed all visible imperfections (if any) in the description of the listing. Sometimes Collectible Media Cases can have micro-dents or scratches, or other flaws under the plastic wrap and/or the back information J-card / data card / slipcover.
Because there is no way for me to see or detect such imperfections, I cannot be held responsible for any that you may find, once the item is removed from its plastic wrap. Also, if a disc comes loose during shipment, I cannot be held accountable for this.
