Colour - Red - Red Jasper
Physical Association - Adrenal glands, kidneys, spinal column, back, hips and legs. Stability, security and grounding as well as courage and physical and emotional survival. When this chakra is off balance we tend to experience emotions of anxiousness, fearfulness, anger and frustration. By using the RED JASPER on your root chakra good health and vitality will return. Follow this process with grounding exercises; take a walk on fresh cut grass or a walk on the beach. And always remember to drink lots of water to help detoxify the system.
SACRAL CHAKRA. Svadhisthana - Lower abdomen to navel.
Colour - Orange - Carnelian
Physical Association - Genital area, reproductive organs, bladder, bowel and lower intestine. Spiritual Aspects: - Creativity, harmony, emotional balance, passion, sexuality, freedom and expression of emotions. An imbalance here would result in stiff lower back, restlessness, confusion and sexual blockages... Experiment by placing the ORANGE CARNELIAN the lower abdomen area for 20 minutes while relaxing and maintaining a regular breath. Movement therapy will aid in restoring graceful movement and emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to change.
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA. Manipura - Below the ribs to above the navel. Colour ? Golden Yellow.
Physical Association - Stomach, pancreas and liver. Spiritual Aspects - Personal power, strength, sense of self worth, transformation, courage and laughter. Low self esteem, no energy, poor digestion and an attraction to stimulants are some of the deficiencies of an imbalanced solar plexus chakra. To regain a balanced ego-strength and appropriate self discipline use the YELLOW CITRINE. Vigorous exercise, martial arts and grounding and emotional contact are great for solar plexus chakra healing and balancing.
HEART CHAKRA. Anahata - Centre of the chest.

A person with an out of sync heart chakra will experience all sorts of emotional instability and the immune system could also suffer. Physical Association - Mouth, throat, thyroid and parathyroid glands. Spiritual Aspects - Communication, truthfulness, expression of will power and creativity. Congestion in the throat chakra area will result in headaches, tension within the neck and shoulder muscles, colds, thyroid or hearing problems. Use the BLUE AVENTURINE for this area. Singing, chanting and toning will also help release trapped energy.
THIRD EYE CHAKRA. Ajna - Center of the forehead.
