Postcard was mailed by Melvin Welter to Mrs. Raymond Welter in Indiana - I am guessing that was his Mom. White borders, B&W photo. Postmarked Great Lakes, September 7, 1942; no stamp. Posted with wear to postcard and a little damage to corners; minor discoloration to address side due to age.
