K&K's Ultra Pure onboard active system has been completely redesigned in
response to customer feedback. The newly designed UltraPure Preamp
features +/-20 db bass/low, K&K's proprietary wide band midrange,
and treble/high controls, plus internal gain trimmer. The addition of a
phase switch is one of the most important tools for live sound
amplification. The system also includes a volume control and low battery
indicator. All features are easily accessed at the soundhole.
Installing the preamp requires no destructive alteration to your
instrument.
An RCA phono plug is supplied to connect your existing transducer system to the preamp. (Soldering required.) For the output from the pickup, a lead with a mini jack to Switchcraft endpin jack socket is also provided.
This listing is for the Ultra Pure preamp only. It can be added to existing K&K pickup systems, such as their award-winning Pure Mini pickup for steel string acoustic
guitar, Pure 12-string or Pure Classic.
