Each watch has been completely disassembled and cleaned, oiled and timed by our in house fully trained watchmaker. We take extra steps to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. However, you may need to adjust timing after shipping. 

The watch may be serviced, but we highly suggest bringing the watch in for servicing to your local watch shop upon purchase. We do not guarantee our service thus, the watch is sold as is for exactly what it is.  This means that we do not accept returns on any Pocket Watches. 

Thank you for looking at Hub City Time! We kindly ask that buyers who purchase or win more than one item request combined shipping prior to paying for their purchase. This simplifies the process for both parties and will likely result in reduced shipping charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

Shipping to Canadian address would be subject to 5% GST and participated provinces such as ON, BC, NS would be subject to 13% HST.

Canada Residents: Item will be sent via Canada Post or UPS. 

USA Residents: Items will be sent via USPS Priority Mail with Signature. 

Buyers assume all responsibility for the listing. 

How Hub City Time Shipping Works: 

 

1) Mailed via UPS Tuesday to Ontario (Chit Chats Express). 

2) Arrives in Ontario Thursday 

3) Arrives to USPS Friday 

4) Tracking Starts Friday 

5) Items are delivered generally between Monday to Wednesday of that following week. 

 

Items normally arrive 1 week from the original Tuesday we ship out form. (USA LOCATION) 

Please note we have added a new shipping service to all Watch Movements.  Packages will arrive 1 - 2 days from shipment. Import, Duties & Handling Fees may apply upon receiving. Hub City Time ships Monday - Thursday only. Items will not be shipped Friday - Sunday. Shipping Monday to Thursday is only applicable to DHL Express Shipments. USPS shipments will ONLY ship every Tuesday! 

HOW DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE WORKS (2 Days) : 

The cost is $30 for DHL Express Worldwide to USA locations.

The cost is $43 for DHL Express to EU. 

The cost is $62 for DHL Express Worldwide to Australia.
