Here on Wallis records 2000 from 1949 is Ruth Wallis (The Queen of the Wicked Ditties) with her risque for the era style doing "The Sweater Girl" backed with "The Admiral's Daughter (The New Dinghy Song)", the record visually appears to grade a V+ on the VJM scale and plays with very little surface noise.
Please look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions, I wipe records with a microfiber cloth I do not chemically clean them. Record playback quality will be highly influenced by the type of turntable, cartridge and tracking force used. Cleaning is recommended on all 78's as I stated earlier other than wiping with a microfiber cloth I don't clean them I like to leave that to the discretion of the next owner. I pack 78's in a 14 inch by 12 inch by 5 to 8 inch(depends on quantity) double box with cardboard pads and bubble wrap then it is placed in more bubble wrap or peanuts. I like to recycle and with the cost of media mail more is better, I combine shipping, with each additional 78 record being $1.00, I am always open to offers and thank you for looking. I use the Vintage Jazz Mart (VJM) scale for grading 78's both visually and aurally, all 78's are played prior to listing and prior to shipping when sold and although I am not a professional grader I do know what I like and I try to grade under. If there is any issues with your record(s) please contact me and we will work out the problem. I recycle and with the cost of media mail being reasonable I believe more packing less breaking. I ship Internationally through Ebay Global Shipping strictly.
