Ray Bauduc, Nappy LaMare,Two-Beat Generation, Capitol, T1198, Mono, VG+/VG+/NM

Vintage 1959 LP entitled "Two-Beat Generation" performed by American Jazz Drummer and Composer Ray Bauduc, and American jazz banjoist, guitarist, and vocalist Nappy LaMare. LP is recorded in Mono, pressed and distributed on the Capitol Records label. Label variant version with "Long Playing High-Fidelity" on each side.

Sleeve is graded as VG+. It shows vintage tape repairs at the top, bottom and left sides of the cover, and minor bumping at the sleeve edges. Minor wear on back cover, front cover is clean and glossy. Sleeve is overall clean and intact.

Records is graded as VG+/NM. It shows minor surface wear on both sides. LP has been cleaned, tested and plays through well with no background noise, with the exception of 2 small pops during play on track 3, side 1. Record has an overall clear, quality sound.


OUR GRADING SCALE IS AS FOLLOWS:

G - Record will have noticeable to heavy surface and/or label wear (deep groove scratches, torn labels, multiple hairlines etc). Record is still playable, but heavy background noise ie. Static/Pops/Clicks are certain.

G+ - Record will have slightly less surface and/or label wear than a G grade. Vinyl is slightly reflective and the record will be visually in acceptable playing condition. Background noise ie. Static/Pops/Clicks are certain.

VG - Record will have moderate surface wear and/or minor label wear (medium hairlines, minor marking on labels, light scratches etc.) scattered background noise may be present.

VG+ - Record will have minimal surface wear and/or minor label wear (Small hairlines, minor label wear, faint scratches etc.) The record has definitely been played but has been well stored and cared for. A medium amount of background noise may or may not be present.

VG+/NM - Record will have little surface wear, but not enough to have a true NM grading. Vinyl will be reflective and visually in overall very good playing condition with minor surface wear to vinyl and/or labels (handful of minor hairlines, small amount of general surface wear etc.) A small amount of background noise may or may not be present. A majority of records in our stock carry this grade.

NM - Record shows almost no surface wear with clean labels and reflective vinyl (one or two small hairlines but no less). Record has been very well stored and cared for and is in almost like new condition with very little to no wear.

M - Our highest grading. This rating is reserved for sealed, unplayed records in brand-new condition

All of our records are cleaned and visually inspected under bright fluorescent light to ensure accurate grading.
