Really Important Stuff

Please ensure the text your want is spelt correctly - all text will be copied directly from your message to ensure no mistakes are made. We suggest keeping the text fairly short and to the point so the characters won't be too small. Our system will automatically punctuate the details that you send (eg change lower case to uppercase letters where appropriate such as postcode)

Please note that our free shipping option uses the Royal Mail services with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days from receiving your shipping notification, please check with your local sorting office before contacting us as undelivered parcels are returned there and held for two weeks. It's also worth checking with your neighbours as parcels are often left with them.
