POSTING

I aim to post all items within 2 days of cleared payment being received, in practice quite often I post the same day. If there is a delay I will contact you.

 

COMBINED POSTAGE

I am happy to combine postage whenever possible. Please continue to shop and pay for all of your items and you will be automatically be given £1 discount per extra item purchased providing they are all paid for together. If you are purchasing a few items then there may be further discounts I can give please email me and I will see what I can do. For International buyers its worth emailing me and I will work out a postage for you if you require several items.

 

MISSING ITEMS

A postage receipt is always obtained and items sent by the method stated on the individual listing. If you particularly want recorded/signed for or next day delivery on an item please contact me first this can be arranged at cost on payment of the fee to me.

I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail once an item has been posted. Please note that the Royal Mail does not consider “an item lost” until 15 working days – UK buyers and 25 days – Overseas buyers so until this time has elapsed there is NOTHING I CAN DO. Please be aware that I always obtain a certificate of posting and I will assist with any missing item claims once the required time frame has elapsed. Please inform me if your item has not arrived within these time constraints.

 

FEEDBACK

Feedback is left for buyers once feedback is received. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please contact me first to see if the matter can be rectified, I will always try to resolve a complaint amicably and fairly if given the opportunity.

 

RETURNS

 

Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstances, and unless I have grossly misrepresented the item, may be subject to a handling fee to cover time, effort and costs. I will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage and

packaging charge. I will not give refunds just “because you have changed your mind ”

 

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

Please be aware that I am not responsible for any Import/Customs Duties that you may incur when importing goods into your Country. This is your responsibility, so please be aware of restrictions that are in place.
